Gate Kick-Off-møte 3-4. juli 2025

We’re excited to announce the official launch of the GatE Project with a successful kick-off meeting in Athens, Greece. The GatE project runs through 2027 and aims to create lasting impact by dismantling the barriers women face in green energy careers and empowering them to lead the transition. The meeting brought together the 11 consortium partners to discuss the project’s roadmap, implementation strategy, and coordination.

GatE aims to:

• Adapt VET curricula to be more inclusive
• Establish mentorship and upskilling programs
• Launch campaigns, ambassador programs, and community events
• Support marginalized groups and promote systemic change
